The small border town of Santa Anna, Mexico is no stranger to violence. The gruesome death of a local gang member on the outskirts of town further heightens tensions.
Nicholas Bane, vampire hunter has begun his hunt in Santa Anna. With the help of local priest Gerardo, he is able to find the clues. Father Gerardo also fills Bane in on the violent history of a past murder in town.
As Father Gerardo reflects on a youth who grew up to become one of the most feared drug lord in Mexico, Anna and the town are drawn to the music floating through town as further deaths are found and a message in blood is left.
Gino Carlos heads back to town and forces Father Gerardo to officiate over his weddings. He has decided to reveal his love for Anna and force her hand in marriage.
